Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way! If for any reason we are out of stock on an item, and it will be delayed longer than 7 days, we will contact you directly via email. Generally we ship on Thursdays or Fridays for orders accumulated during the week.
STORE PICKUP: 322 Bent Tree Drive, Prattville, AL 36067
Orders can be picked up after 5:30 pm on weekdays, and on weekends with prior arrangement only. An email will be sent when your order is ready for
pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Orders placed before 5pm during store hours [5-9pm weekdays] will be shipped the following Tuesday or Friday after your order is placed. When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3-7 days using UPS Ground.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges and delivery time estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Full mill kits with non-pro mills will be shipped via UPS for free to addresses in the continental US. This offer does not apply to orders to HI, AK, or Puerto Rico. UPS ground and USPS Priority mail are NOT TIME GURANTEED! Generally UPS ground is the fastest most reliable service available for a decent price. IF you NEED a package by a certain date or time for any reason, you MUST CONTACT ME DIRECTLY using the contact form on the web site, calling my cell, or email to info@monsterbrewinghardware.com . The shipping times on the order page are estimates!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to countries serviced by UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are 8 to 20 days for international shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Monster Brewing Hardware LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@monsterbrewinghardware.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. CANCELED ORDERS:
If you cancel an order before we ship we will refund your purchase price including shipping minus the credit card processing fee charged by our payment processor. We don't get these fees refunded when we reverse a payment, therefore we can't refund them for cancelled orders. The fee can range from 2.7-4% of your payment total. We can only send back what we actually got from your payment after the fees.
